Rooted is an 11-week small group experience that is a catalyst for life change! Rooted groups gather each week, and, with a study guide and a facilitator, walk through Scripture and engage in discussion to discover God’s purpose for their lives. Through a highly experiential model, Rooted reinforces what it means to be a disciple of Jesus, built on essential practices like worship, generosity, service, evangelism, prayer and studying God’s Word. We believe that Rooted is such a life-changing experience that we want everyone to participate!

Rooted is for all adults, of all life stages, no matter how long you have been a Christ-follower. When you register, you will designate whether you would prefer a group of all men, women, a mix of marrieds/singles, and the preferred day of the week to meet. From there, our team will prayerfully place you into a group. If you have a request to be placed with a certain person, you can designate that on your registration.
Rooted costs $25 per person, which includes all sessions, your workbook, all other materials, all experiences, and the Celebration Dinner. That comes out to about $2.25 per week for a life-changing experience! Need-based scholarships are available upon request.
The Rooted experience is a cumulative, shared experience, so being present is vital not only for you but also for the experience of the other group members. If you know you are going to miss more than 2 of the 11 meetings, we encourage you to wait. Rooted is a significant commitment of time and energy, but we know that the transformation you will experience will be worth it!
Because of the catalytic nature of Rooted, the majority of Rooted groups elect to stay together after the 11 weeks to form healthy, on-going Community Groups. Community Groups are small groups of individuals who meet regularly in order to pursue growing to become more like Jesus. Most groups meet weekly in homes or at the church and together live out the 7 discipleship rhythms established during Rooted. Most Community Groups have a life cycle of 24-36 months.
Yes! Because Rooted is designed to be shared experience, any subsequent experiences going through Rooted will be different. And, because Rooted is the best way to join a Community Group, in time, it’s likely you will go through Rooted more than one time.
